• Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
• Provide strategic legal advisory across business functions
• Collaborate with global teams on compliance, ethics, and governance initiatives
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and enterprise risks
• Support the development and improvement of contract frameworks, policies, and internal processes
• Advise stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. or LL.M. qualification
• 7–9 years of experience as an in-house counsel
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate legal advisory
• Privacy certification will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global business environment
