The Chambers of Bani Dikshit is inviting applications for the position of Associate. This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with experience in commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, corporate disputes, and insolvency matters who are looking to work on diverse and challenging matters before courts and tribunals in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle matters relating to commercial litigation, civil litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes
• Assist and represent clients before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Support proceedings before courts and tribunals in Delhi
• Work on insolvency-related matters and dispute resolution mandates
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Prior experience in commercial litigation, civil litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently handle matters and client interactions
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
