• Role: Legal – M&A & Commercial Contracting
• Location: Bengaluru
• Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Role Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial contracting
• 1–2 years of experience in M&A transactions
• Working knowledge of legal due diligence
• LL.B. degree mandatory
• Candidates based in Bengaluru or open to relocation preferred
• Ability to work extended hours during active deal cycles
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in high-pressure environments
