• Role: Manager – Legal & Compliance
• Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
• Experience Required: Around 6 Years
• Qualification Requirement: CS + LLB dual qualification is compulsory
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing legal and compliance functions of the organisation
• Handling regulatory compliance and corporate governance requirements
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and risk-related matters
• Monitoring changes in applicable laws and ensuring organisational compliance
• Coordinating with regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal teams as required
Eligibility & Preference:
• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in legal and compliance roles
• Mandatory dual qualification of Company Secretary (CS) and LLB
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and regulatory processes
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment
