About the Opportunity:
Brave Souls Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Law Officer at its New Delhi office.
This role offers a chance to work at the intersection of litigation, advocacy, and human rights, particularly supporting survivors of acid attacks and gender-based violence.
Role:
• Law Officer
Location:
📍 Jangpura, New Delhi
Experience Required:
• 3–5 years (Litigation)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting complaints, writ petitions, representations, and legal documents
• Representing the organisation before courts and tribunals
• Conducting legal and policy research
• Coordinating with survivors and supporting advocacy initiatives
• Assisting in awareness-building and documentation work
Eligibility:
• LL.B. degree
• Experience in District Courts and Delhi High Court
Skills Required:
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Client counselling abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sensitivity towards human rights and social justice issues
Remuneration:
• Full-time: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable)
• Part-time: Based on engagement
