About the Opportunity:
S.S. Rana & Co. is hiring a Business Operations Head to support and scale its Intellectual Property (IP) practice as part of its expansion across major cities.
This is a leadership-oriented role combining IP expertise with operational and business development responsibilities.
Role:
• Business Operations Head – IP Practice
Location:
• Mumbai / Bengaluru / Pune
Experience Required:
• 4–5 years PQE (with IP experience)
Qualification:
• LL.B. (3-year / 5-year) or LL.M.
Practice Coverage:
• Patents
• Trademarks
• Copyright
• Designs
• IP Enforcement & Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting business development and expanding IP client base
• Managing day-to-day operations of the IP practice
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients
• Assisting in advisory and contentious IP matters
• Strengthening client servicing and operational workflows
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong understanding of IP laws and practice areas
• Exposure to domestic IP work (international exposure is a plus)
• Excellent coordination and client management skills
• Operational mindset with growth orientation
