Eligibility Criteria:
• B.A. LL.B / BBA LL.B / LL.B / LL.M
• Age Bracket: 26–40 Years

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handling matters under:
• Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Section 25 PSS Act matters
✔ Managing Arbitration and EP-related cases
✔ Supporting collection teams in recovery matters
✔ Litigation management and procedural coordination
✔ Lok Adalat management
✔ Managing and coordinating with panel advocates
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔ Ability to independently manage assignments and litigation work
✔ Experience in recovery-related and finance-sector legal matters preferred
✔ Own two-wheeler mandatory
✔ Practical understanding of banking/NBFC legal operations preferred
