Key Responsibilities:
• Managing corporate records, governance documentation, and legal files
• Supporting litigation matters, subpoenas, discovery processes, and coordination with outside counsel
• Assisting with commercial agreements, due diligence, and transactional documentation
• Conducting legal research and preparing documentation for internal stakeholders
• Supporting compliance and enterprise legal operations
• Coordinating with attorneys and cross-functional business groups on legal matters
