Job Description:
Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal to support its expanding business operations. This role is ideal for legal professionals with experience in commercial contracts, property documentation, corporate compliance, and legal operations, particularly in the F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or QSR sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review commercial agreements, leave & license agreements, vendor contracts, employment letters, and other legal documents.
• Support new restaurant openings through property due diligence, licensing, and statutory approvals.
• Manage contract renewals and legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Labour Laws, POSH, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, legal consultants, and government authorities.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters while mitigating business risks.
• Support corporate governance, compliance filings, and legal operations.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. degree.
• Experience in contract drafting, property documentation, company law, and IPR.
• Exposure to corporate compliance and capital markets regulations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in the F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or QSR industry is preferred.
