About the Call:
Editors Dr. Pallavi Mohanan and Dr. Tanya Bhardwaj are inviting abstract submissions for an upcoming edited volume to be published by Palgrave Macmillan. The volume seeks interdisciplinary contributions exploring the governance of gender and sexuality from antiquity to the present, including contemporary anti-gender movements and evolving legal, political, and cultural frameworks.

Themes:
• Gender and sexuality under legal and political systems.
• Historical and contemporary governance of bodies.
• Feminist legal scholarship.
• Queer theory and legal studies.
• Law, history, sociology, and literary studies.
• Anti-gender movements and politics of governance.
• Intersections of gender, sexuality, law, and culture.

Submission Guidelines:
• Submit an abstract of 200–500 words.
• Include relevant keywords.
• Attach a short author bio.
