Job Description:
KPS Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate Advocate at its Gurugram office. The firm is looking for experienced litigation professionals with strong advocacy, drafting, research, and case management skills who can independently handle matters and represent clients before various courts and forums.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, legal notices, agreements, applications, and other legal documents
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case preparation
• Appear before courts and represent clients in legal proceedings
• Assist in litigation strategy, case planning, and matter management
• Handle client interactions and provide legal support on ongoing matters
• Support senior counsel in complex litigation matters where required
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Strong legal acumen and court craft
• Experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination
• Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy
• Ability to independently manage legal matters and client relationships
