Job Description:
Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate – Litigation. The firm is seeking motivated and diligent advocates with litigation experience who can handle drafting, court appearances, legal research, and matters relating to insolvency, arbitration, and company law.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
• Represent clients before Courts and Tribunals
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
• Assist in arbitration matters under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
• Support company law matters and related proceedings
• Manage litigation documentation and case files
• Liaise with clients, counsels, and court officials
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with a minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
• Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
