Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patentability and prior art searches
• Draft patent applications and related documentation
• Handle patent prosecution matters before relevant authorities
• Analyze technical inventions and assess patentability requirements
• Assist clients with intellectual property protection strategies
• Conduct legal and technical research related to patent matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• B.Tech or M.Tech in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Computer Science Engineering
- Telecommunication Engineering
- Information Technology
- Information Science
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in patent practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good academic record (minimum 70% in B.Tech)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in patent drafting and prosecution preferred
