Jain & Saigal Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate at its New Delhi office. The firm specializes in civil and commercial litigation and regularly appears before courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR. This opportunity is ideal for advocates seeking substantial litigation exposure, drafting responsibilities, and direct client interaction.

• PQE: 2–4 Years
• Compensation: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month + Performance Bonus + Reimbursement of Office-Related Expenses
• Higher compensation may be offered based on experience and skill set
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, legal opinions, and agreements
• Handle matters before District Courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC, and other judicial forums
• Appear regularly before courts and tribunals
• Attend client meetings and maintain client communications
• Coordinate with clients and their teams regarding ongoing matters
• Support litigation strategy and case management
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in civil and commercial litigation preferred
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Ability to independently handle court appearances and client interactions
• Good communication and case management abilities
