The role is suited for legal professionals with experience in legal recovery, collections, litigation management, and SARFAESI proceedings within the NBFC, Housing Finance, or Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle SARFAESI proceedings and legal recovery matters
• Manage litigation cases and coordinate with panel advocates
• Drive collection and recovery efforts for delinquent loan accounts
• Monitor and resolve recovery-related legal issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Support recovery management and enforcement actions
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in legal recovery and collections
• Mandatory experience in handling SARFAESI matters
• Experience in litigation and recovery management
• Prior exposure to affordable housing loans or housing finance sector preferred
• Candidates from NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), or Banking institutions will be preferred
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and case management skills
