ideaForge Technology Limited is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This is a paid internship opportunity for law graduates seeking practical exposure to contract management, corporate legal processes, legal research, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination within a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements
• Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution and closure of agreements such as NDAs, SLAs, and other commercial contracts
• Support the legal team in documentation, record management, and administrative functions
• Assist with contract review and management processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law Graduates (LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or equivalent) preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Prior exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning-focused attitude
