The firm’s Litigation & Arbitration practice handles complex commercial disputes, constitutional litigation, infrastructure and NHAI matters, employment disputes, and domestic and international arbitration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage and argue matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals
• Handle commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, writ petitions, and enforcement matters
• Draft pleadings, written submissions, legal opinions, and case strategy documents
• Lead case preparation and supervise junior associates
• Coordinate with solicitor teams and stakeholders in complex matters
• Contribute to business development through legal updates, client advisories, and speaking engagements
• Build and strengthen client relationships under the APDP framework
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Litigation, Arbitration, or Dispute Resolution
• Currently working as a Senior Associate or Principal Associate at a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Indian law firm
• At least 3 years of experience leading matters at Senior/Principal Associate level
• Active practice before the High Courts and/or Supreme Court with strong advocacy skills
• Experience in Infrastructure, NHAI, Commercial Litigation, or Employment Disputes will be advantageous for Bengaluru-based roles
• Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR or Bengaluru
