The firm is seeking professionals with technical expertise in engineering and technology domains to join its growing patent practice.

Eligibility Criteria:
• B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. in relevant technical disciplines
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in patent prosecution, patent analytics, or patent drafting
• Patent Agent qualification will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Prior Art Searches using paid and free patent databases and develop search strategies
• Draft Provisional and Complete Patent Specifications
• Prepare IP opinions, including Patentability, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), and Invalidity Opinions
• Respond to Office Actions and ensure compliance under applicable patent laws
• Handle patent filing and prosecution matters in India and internationally, including PCT applications
• Address Examination Reports and attend Patent Office hearings (for registered Patent Agents)
• Assist in patent opposition matters and provide technical support for enforcement activities
