Ms. Akshata Namjoshi is an Associate Partner at KARM Legal and has experience in the UAE and India. Prior to joining KARM Legal, She was working with the leading law firms in India and UAE. She has advised high net individuals and corporates on Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Debt Restructuring, and Corporate Governance related issues. At KARM, she leads the FinTech, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Open Banking and Emerging Tech practice.

Mr. John O. Oladipo has extensive experience in Technology law advisory, transactions and Litigation. He regularly counsels and represents FinTech, InsurTech and AgricTech companies. He offers the benefit of his experience in this area, having defended various suits touching on IP rights.

As a seasoned lawyer, his immense contribution to the firm in his areas of expertise has awarded him representative and advisory roles for high-profile clients. He is also an author of scholarly written articles on issues on Technology, Blockchain, the Internet of things, Data protection and other emerging technological trends.

Ms. Osmin Calis is the Managing Director of Block Venture Studio, I am a Technology Leader with 26 years experience, including 13 years in Investment Banking. I studied at the SOAS, University of London, achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. I am passionate about the community and have been Secretary of the Society of African Earth Scientists for over 10 years.
