Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) is pleased to announce Satya Hegde Essay Competition on arbitration. The Satya Hegde Essay Competition is an annual competition hosted by Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre and is an excellent opportunity for young students of law to engage with evolving topics in the field of Arbitration.
We invite essay’s from current students of Law from any College or University in India.
The topic is “ Is Arbitrability of a Dispute a Pre-condition for an Order Under Section 11 of the Act . ”
Deadline: 15th February 2023, 3:00 P.M.
Prize winners will be awarded their prizes in the International Conference hosted by NPAC at Chennai on Saturday April 1st 2023. They will be provided to & fro train charges in III A/C. Conference Registration fee will be exempted for the prize winners

Second Prize – Rs. 7,500/-
Third Prize – Rs. 5,000/-
