Internship Description:
The Office of Adv. Ashwini Upadhyay is inviting applications for a 1-month internship program for the month of July 2026. This internship offers specialised exposure to writ petitions, particularly involving constitutional and public law matters before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
Interns will gain practical experience in legal research, drafting of writ petitions and related pleadings, case analysis, and courtroom observation.
