Vasista Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern (IPR). This internship offers aspiring legal professionals an opportunity to gain practical exposure to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Technology Law, trademark and copyright matters, and IP portfolio management while working with an innovation-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Technology Laws
• Assist in IP documentation and portfolio management
• Support trademark, copyright, patent, and other IP-related activities
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders
• Assist in legal compliance and intellectual property protection initiatives
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. Graduates (2025 or 2026 Batch)
• Coursework, certifications, internships, moot courts, research papers, or projects in IPR, Patent Law, Copyright Law, Trademark Law, or Technology Law will be an added advantage
• Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in intellectual property and innovation-related legal issues
