ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

Humane Society International/ India in collaboration with All Assam Law Students Association, Kamrup (M) is organizing a regional webinar on the topic ” Hope for Farm Animals” on the event of 75th Independence day. The webinar series focus upon the importance of farm animal welfare for a better & sustainable future not only for animals but also for public health & the betterment of our planet. In the 21st century we all know about the conditions of factory farms, but still we are searching for sustainable solutions. Through this series, we will discuss the dismal condition of farm animals in intensive confinement & sustainable solution for a better future for animals, public health and our mother earth!

The programme includes lecture series and Poster/Slogan writing competition.

GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATION

1. Theme of the competition- Poster and Slogan Competition topic – “Our hope for Far Animals to celebrate Independence Day.”

2. Participants must upload the image and rename the file name by Student’s name, before submitting it in the Google form. Posters shall be in JPG format.
3. Participants can use either English / Assamese language to write the Slogan. Slogans shall be written in the Google form.

4. Participants should submit the Google form on or before 16th of August 2021 by 11.59pm.
5. After receiving the entries from the participants top 10 will be selected by the jury members for the final round. The jury will be deciding the 1st, 2nd& 3rd position holder and special e-certificate will be issued to the position holder mentioning the position secured by them. Prizes will be delivered by courier to student’s home address.
6. However, all participants will be provided an e-certificate acknowledging their participation in the event.
