Legal Counseling and Facilitation Centre for Senior Citizen and Research Development and Innovation (RDI) Cell of VVM’s Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law organizes National level Article writing Competition in association with Sanjeevan Society for Youth.(MoU patner).
Theme – ABUSE OF SENIOR CITIZENS IN INDIA – A SOCIO-LEGAL CONCERN.
Eligibility – Any student(s) pursuing any undergraduate or post-graduate degree from any
UGC recognized college/university are eligible to participate.
Rules for Article writing.
1. The article must be submitted in Microsoft Word document format.
2. The title of the Article should be appropriate to the theme.
3. The Article shall be original and should not be plagiarized and free from grammatical, spelling and other errors.
4. The Articles shall be scrutinized by the committee of judges
5. Co-authorship is allowed up to a maximum of two authors.
6. The following formatting specifications need to be strictly adhered to:
a. Main Body: Font – Times New Roman, Font Size – 12, and Line Spacing – 1.5,
b. Footnotes: Font – Times New Roman, Font Size – 10, and Line Spacing – 1.0,
c. The citation style adopted must be MLA citation style,
d. Margins should be 1 inch on all sides,
e. The cover page of the manuscript should contain the title of the paper, the name of the author(s), affiliation and email id of the author(s),
f. Footnotes should be placed at the bottom of the relevant page itself. Table and figures should be numbered and suitably titled and the source clearly mentioned,
g. Word Limit: 2500 to 3000 words including footnotes,
h. Abstract: The article must contain an abstract, not exceeding 250 words and should contain 5 keywords.
