Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to graduates and postgraduates aspiring to work with a leading multinational like D&B
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in professional email communication
  • Foundational knowledge of corporate finance and corporate secretarial/compliance roles and duties
  • Prior internship experience in Legal, Corporate Secretarial, or Finance domains is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to gain insights into D&B’s legal operations and business practices
  • Assist in drafting and organizing contracts and legal documentation
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the legal department
  • Draft and proofread emails for the legal team, ensuring professional and effective communication
  • Maintain a well-structured system for managing email correspondence for efficient access and reference
  • Monitor and manage incoming emails, ensuring timely responses to client and stakeholder inquiries
  • Ensure databases and document repositories are regularly updated and accurately maintained
  • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and documenting detailed minutes
  • Act as the main liaison for internal communication between the legal team and other departments
