- General category: Max 35 years
- Ex-servicemen: Age relaxation of 3 years
🔹 In-Service Candidates:
✔ Law degree from a recognized university

- SC/ST: Max 43 years
- Others: Max 40 years
✔ Must be working in:
- Karnataka High Court/District Judiciary OR
- Asst. Public Prosecutor/Asst. Government Pleader in the Department of Prosecutions & Govt Litigation
