- Trainee Associate / Associate (2–4 Years PQE) – 2 Positions
- Senior Associate (5–6 Years PQE) – 1 Position
Practice Areas:
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy
• Electricity Laws & Regulatory Matters
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Corporate & Commercial Advisory
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in complex transactional, regulatory, and dispute-resolution matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Advising clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
• Managing assignments from inception to completion under the guidance of experienced practitioners
• Supporting litigation, insolvency, and transactional mandates
Eligibility & Preference:
• Trainee Associate / Associate: 2–4 Years PQE
• Senior Associate: 5–6 Years PQE
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to take ownership of assignments and work independently
• Mumbai-based candidates will be preferred
