Ira Law is inviting applications for the position of Trademark Paralegal. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management who are looking to work on domestic and international trademark matters in a dynamic Intellectual Property practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage trademark portfolios from filing through registration and renewal
• Draft trademark applications, oppositions, responses to office actions, and trademark searches
• Prepare clearance reports for attorney review
• Liaise with foreign associates on international trademark filings
• Maintain docketing schedules and monitor deadlines
• Communicate with clients regarding trademark portfolio status
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 2–3 years of trademark paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of the Indian Trade Marks Registry and Madrid Protocol procedures
• Proficiency in docketing software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong command of the English language
