Roles & Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on corporate, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Manage and execute complex commercial transactions
• Work directly with clients on strategic legal matters
• Collaborate with partners and contribute to the firm’s growing corporate practice
• Take ownership of transactions and deliver high-quality legal solutions

• Strong technical expertise in corporate law and transactional practice
• Commercially aware with excellent analytical and drafting skills
