• Position: Senior Associate – General Corporate, Banking & Finance

• Location: Mumbai
• Experience Required: 4–7 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on Banking & Finance matters
• Handling regulatory compliance and general corporate work
• Assisting in transaction structuring and documentation
• Independently managing transactions with minimal supervision
• Supporting corporate legal and transactional matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Company Secretaries and Lawyers may apply
• Relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Regulatory Compliance, and General Corporate matters
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and transaction structuring
• Excellent drafting, transactional, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage transactions
