PSL Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – Arbitration & Commercial Litigation at its Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience who have substantial exposure to complex commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings and are looking to work on high-value domestic and cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling arbitration proceedings and commercial litigation before various judicial forums
• Assisting in complex domestic and cross-border commercial disputes
• Providing legal research, drafting, and advocacy support
• Advising on commercial laws and dispute resolution matters
• Independently managing matters while collaborating with the disputes team
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4–7 years of post-qualification experience in Arbitration and Commercial Litigation
• Strong understanding of commercial laws and dispute resolution mechanisms
• Experience in handling arbitration proceedings and commercial litigation matters
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage assignments independently while working effectively in a team
