Job Description:
The Women in Leadership in Economics (WiL) initiative at the Inclusion Economics India Centre (IEIC) at IFMR is inviting applications for the positions of Research Manager and Research Associate in New Delhi. The initiative, in collaboration with Inclusion Economics at Yale University, focuses on advancing women’s representation in leadership across economics and public policy in India. Selected candidates will contribute to high-impact, policy-relevant research while working with academics, policymakers, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Assist in survey design and implementation
- Support Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) activities
- Manage, analyze, and interpret research data
- Collaborate with partner institutions, academics, and policymakers
- Develop research outputs to support evidence-based policymaking
Eligibility & Preference:
- Strong interest in economics, public policy, and development research
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Knowledge of data management, analysis, and research tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and institutional partners
