Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary and secondary research across areas including gender, labour markets, urban development, infrastructure, and social policy
• Analyse national datasets such as PLFS, NFHS, NSO, and Census data along with survey findings
• Prepare policy briefs, research reports, case studies, and presentations
• Support proposal development, literature reviews, and policy analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients on research assignments
Eligibility & Preference:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and assignments
• Interest in public policy, development research, and social sector issues
