Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on economic offences, financial crimes, and procedural law
• Assisting in drafting pleadings, appeals, bail applications, and written submissions
• Analysing and summarising case files, judgments, and evidentiary records
• Maintaining organised case records and assisting in hearing preparation
• Attending court proceedings and supporting client conferences
Eligibility & Preference:
• Fresh LL.B. / LL.B. (Hons.) graduates from recognised law universities
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Working knowledge of SCC Online, Manupatra, or similar legal databases
• Sound understanding of civil and criminal procedural laws
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to evaluate evidence and legal materials with precision
