Foresight Law Offices India is inviting applications for the positions of Principal Associate and Partner Designate for its Corporate Practice in New Delhi.
Details:
• Role: Principal Associate / Partner Designate
• Organisation: Foresight Law Offices India
• Location: New Delhi
• Experience:
- Principal Associate: 6–8 Years PQE
- Partner Designate: 9–12 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute corporate & M&A transactions
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Advise on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with advisors
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong experience in corporate/M&A transactions
• Exposure to corporate advisory, risk management & contract negotiation
• Experience in anti-corruption compliance and strategy advisory preferred
• Court practitioners with relevant commercial experience may also apply
