About the Role:
An opportunity is open for experienced legal professionals with strong exposure to Project Finance (PF), Projects, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Private Equity (PE). This role is suited for candidates who have worked with Tier 1 law firms or reputed MNCs and have handled high-value, complex transactions.
The position requires professionals who bring both depth of experience and quality exposure in transactional and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Work on project finance and infrastructure-related transactions
• Handle M&A and private equity deals end-to-end
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
• Advise clients on structuring, regulatory, and commercial aspects
• Coordinate with stakeholders across transactions
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 6–12 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in Tier 1 law firms or reputed MNCs
• Strong exposure to PF / Projects / M&A / PE transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated quality of work and deal experience
Work Mode:
