Remfry & Sagar, one of India’s premier Intellectual Property law firms, is inviting applications for the position of Patent Prosecution Professional in its Patent Prosecution Department. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or Information Technology who have prior experience in patent prosecution and wish to build their career in Intellectual Property law.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle First Examination Reports (FERs) and Second Examination Reports (SERs)
• Draft and file responses to FERs/SERs
• Attend official hearings before the Indian Patent Office
• Analyse and understand technical inventions across relevant domains
• Assist in patent prosecution and related intellectual property matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in patent prosecution
• Experience in handling FERs, SERs, and Patent Office hearings
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
