Experience Required:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in patent litigation
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in:
• Electronics
• Computer Science
• Telecommunications
• Or related technical fields
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal and technical research
• Drafting pleadings, legal briefs, and submissions
• Assisting in patent litigation strategy and case preparation
• Handling matters involving complex technology-law intersections
• Appearing before courts/tribunals and assisting in hearings
• Managing timelines and delivering high-quality work under deadlines
Required Skill Set:
• Strong legal research and analytical ability
• Excellent drafting and writing skills
• Understanding of patent law and litigation procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral advocacy and courtroom skills
• Structured thinking and strategic approach to litigation
