Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on complex legal and commercial matters
• Managing high-value transactions and dispute resolution matters
• Handling litigation and arbitration mandates, as applicable
• Leading client engagements and delivering strategic legal solutions
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s growth
Eligibility & Preference:
• Experienced legal professionals with relevant expertise in Corporate Law, Litigation, or International Disputes
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and client management skills
• Ability to handle complex legal mandates and work collaboratively within a professional environment
