About the Opportunity:
Adalat AI is building an end-to-end justice technology stack for Indian courts, including real-time transcription in Indian languages, case-flow management, and document automation. Their solutions are already deployed across multiple states, working directly with judges, registrars, and court staff to address judicial delays and improve access to justice.

The organisation is hiring for two early-career roles offering high ownership, real-world impact, and exposure to legal-tech innovation.

Position 1:

Operations Associate

Role Overview:
A customer-facing operations role where you act as the bridge between judicial users and engineering teams. You will help build and manage support systems while gaining deep insight into legal-tech operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and building ticketing/support systems from scratch
• Acting as a liaison between users (judges/court staff) and engineers
• Handling initial troubleshooting and query resolution
• Supporting day-to-day operational workflows

Eligibility:
• Law background preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong user empathy and problem-solving ability

Position 2:

Associate – CTO’s Office

Role Overview:
A hybrid engineer-operator role focused on building internal tools, managing operations infrastructure, and contributing to the organisation’s growth from a 0–1 stage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and deploying internal tools
• Managing partnerships, operations, and data infrastructure
• Supporting organisational scaling and execution
• Working closely with leadership on strategic initiatives
