Desai Billimoria & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Non-Litigation Associate. The role offers exposure to commercial transactions, contract drafting, legal research, and corporate advisory work, along with opportunities to support litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements
• Prepare and review leave and license agreements, lease agreements, sale agreements, development agreements, and PAAAs
• Draft legal notices and related documentation
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
• Work on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI Regulations
• Assist and support the litigation team as required
Eligibility:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised law school in India
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in handling legal transactions and drafting/reviewing agreements
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred
