• Senior Associate – Corporate
• Senior Associate – Shipping & International Transactions (Non-Contentious)
• Associate – Shipping (Contentious)
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handle corporate and commercial transactions, advisory, and documentation
• Work on shipping and maritime matters, including international transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents
• Assist in dispute resolution (for contentious shipping role)
• Conduct legal research and support client advisory work
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex cross-border matters
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Relevant experience in corporate and/or shipping law
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Exposure to international or cross-border transactions preferred
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
