Details:
Legal Positions:
• General Corporate – Mid-Level Associate (PQE 2–4 Years)
• TMT Practice – Mid-Level Associate (PQE 2–4 Years)
• Disputes – Mid-Level Associate to Senior Associate (PQE 4+ Years)
Business Development Position:
• Business Development Manager – Minimum 5–6 Years of Experience in a Similar Role at a Leading Firm

Key Responsibilities:
For Legal Roles:
• Advising on corporate, technology, media, telecommunications, and dispute-related matters
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Managing transactions, disputes, and client matters
• Assisting with strategy, negotiations, and legal advisory work
For Business Development Role:
• Supporting the firm’s growth initiatives
• Managing client development and engagement activities
• Assisting with business strategy and market outreach
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
Eligibility & Preference:
• General Corporate: 2–4 Years PQE
• TMT Practice: 2–4 Years PQE
• Disputes: 4+ Years PQE
• Business Development Manager: Minimum 5–6 Years of relevant experience at a leading law firm
• Strong legal, analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of matters and work independently
