Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on trademark strategy and enforcement
• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios
• Handle trademark prosecution matters
• Work on contentious IP and trademark disputes
• Assist in brand protection and enforcement strategies
• Oversee portfolio management for high-profile clients
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and international associates
Eligibility & Skills:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Relevant experience in Intellectual Property Law, particularly Trademark Law
• Strong drafting, research, and advisory skills
• Experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement
• Ability to manage client relationships and complex IP portfolios
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
