• Experience: 0–1 Year PQE
Key Requirements:
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India with a valid license
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Sound understanding of court procedures
• Experience with physical and e-filing
• Courtroom exposure and ability to assist in hearings
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Role & Responsibilities:
• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and submissions
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting in court appearances and client briefings
• Managing filings (physical and e-filing)
• Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court officials
