This opportunity is ideal for experienced advocates seeking substantial courtroom exposure and the chance to work on diverse and challenging matters before tribunals, High Courts, and constitutional courts across the Delhi NCR region.

• Requirement: Litigation Exposure before the Supreme Court and High Courts
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation matters before various tribunals and constitutional courts
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, petitions, and legal submissions
• Assisting and appearing in court proceedings
• Managing multiple litigation matters and deadlines
• Supporting case strategy and client representation
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Enrollment with the Bar Council
• Minimum 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Prior litigation exposure before the Supreme Court and High Courts
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Proficiency in legal databases and Microsoft Office tools preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
