The Office of Sakshi Kakkar (Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India & Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh) is inviting applications from advocates with litigation experience to join its legal team in New Delhi.
Details:
• Role: Litigation Advocate
• Experience: 2–3 Years
• Location: Greater Kailash Enclave I, New Delhi
• Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience
Practice Areas:
• Supreme Court Litigation
• Delhi High Court Litigation
• Constitutional Law
• Civil Litigation
• Government Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
• Legal research and case analysis
• Drafting petitions, applications, and other court documents
• Assisting and appearing in matters before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court
• Case preparation and litigation strategy support
• Coordination on matters involving government and constitutional litigation
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council
• 2–3 years of litigation experience
• Prior exposure to Supreme Court and Delhi High Court matters preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and professional work ethic
