Job Description:
A leading corporate organization is seeking a driven and detail-oriented legal professional to join its legal team in Mumbai. The role offers extensive exposure to commercial contracts, compliance, contract lifecycle management, policy development, insurance regulations, and cross-border legal support for group entities.

• Position: Legal Professional
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience Required: 8–10 Years PQE
• Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institute
• Industry: Corporate Legal & Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, vetting, and negotiating customer, vendor, supplier agreements, NDAs, tender documents, and other legal documents
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for agreement execution and amendments
• Driving the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool for contract tracking
• Drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures
• Supervising and supporting compliance activities for the company’s insurance subsidiary
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business
• Providing legal support to group companies in Thailand and Malaysia
• Advising business units and departments on legal matters
• Liaising with external legal counsel and advisors
• Managing physical and digital contract records
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
Eligibility & Preference:
• LLB/LLM from a reputed institute
• 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and business operations
• Exposure to privacy laws and insurance regulations (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work under deadlines
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools will be an added advantage
