Locations:
• Indore

Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. (Mandatory)
• LL.M. (Preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Mandatory experience in banking litigation (BFSI sector)
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing ongoing and new litigation matters for the organisation
• Handling civil, criminal, labour, consumer, and commercial disputes
• Drafting legal notices, replies, written statements, affidavits, and petitions
• Coordinating with external advocates for hearings and legal strategy
• Tracking court hearings and maintaining litigation calendars
• Ensuring compliance with court orders and regulatory requirements
• Assisting in dispute resolution and settlement processes
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong litigation and drafting skills
• Experience in BFSI/legal risk management
• Ability to handle high-volume litigation and regulatory compliance
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
