• Position: Legal Manager (Non-Litigation)
• Location: Vadodara
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Corporate Legal Experience
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (CTC)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle non-litigation corporate legal matters
• Review, draft, and vet legal documents and agreements
• Provide legal support on corporate and commercial matters
• Assist in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal issues
• Support risk assessment and legal advisory functions

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution

• Local candidates from Vadodara will be preferred
